1 - You do not have to clear your mind to be able to meditate. You do not have to ‘achieve’ a deep inner stillness.

Omala Online is a 7 day online training course, which consists of daily videos to watch and short homework tasks to complete. Each day builds upon the previous one. You watch each consecutive video day after day for all 7 days.
You can complete the course at anytime of the day that suits you best, anywhere with a stable internet connection.
You learn an effective and easy approach to meditation and learn how to build a daily practice into your life.
At the end of the 7 days, you will have all the skills and insights to continue meditating by yourself, without having to reply on apps or technology to guide you.
